Handcrafted to Order

Because each lamp is made by hand in our Cairo atelier, please allow 4–6 weeks for production. We believe beautiful things are worth waiting for — and the result is a piece made specifically for you.

Delivery Within Egypt

We deliver across Egypt with care. Your lamp arrives in custom protective packaging designed to keep every component safe in transit.

  • Cairo & Giza: 3–5 business days after production
  • Alexandria & Delta: 5–7 business days
  • Upper Egypt & other governorates: 7–10 business days

Delivery is free for orders above EGP 5,000. For smaller orders, a flat shipping fee applies based on your location.

Packaging You Can Trust

Every lamp is individually wrapped in soft cloth, secured with custom foam inserts, and placed in a branded box. The base and shade travel in separate compartments to prevent any contact during transit. Assembly takes less than two minutes.

Order Tracking

Once your lamp ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp so you can follow its journey to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Satisfaction Promise

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If something isn't right, you may return your lamp within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

How to Return

  2. We'll arrange a free collection from your address
  3. Your refund is processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the item

Items should be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Damaged in Transit?

In the rare event your lamp arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost — your satisfaction is our priority.

Our Craftsmanship Guarantee

Every Ailes du Nil piece comes with a 2-year craftsmanship guarantee. If any manufacturing defect appears during normal use within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

This guarantee reflects our confidence in the artisans who shape each piece and the materials we carefully select. Your lamp is made to last generations.
