Every Ailes du Nil piece is handcrafted to order by skilled artisans in Cairo, using traditional techniques and premium materials. Because each piece is made by hand, subtle variations in shape, finish, and texture are part of its character — no two creations are exactly alike.

How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order, which takes 4–6 weeks in our workshop before delivery. Delivery within Egypt takes 3–10 business days depending on your governorate. You will receive updates as your order progresses. For delivery details, see Shipping & Returns.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Egypt — Cairo & Giza in 3–5 business days after production, Alexandria & the Delta in 5–7, and Upper Egypt & other governorates in 7–10. Delivery is free for orders above EGP 5,000. See Shipping & Returns for details.

Can I combine any base with any shade?

Yes. The Atelier lets you pair any handcrafted base with any shade and see your combination — and its price — before you order. If you prefer, our curated collection offers complete lamps composed by us.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes — every lamp is backed by our 2-year craftsmanship guarantee.

How do I assemble my lamp?

What if my lamp arrives damaged?
